Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Jake Heath, trading through Liv Squared Properties L.L.C. (RERA ORN 38844), Dubai, UAE ("I", "me"), collects and uses your personal data when you request information through this website. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the EU/UK GDPR.

What I collect

Your name, mobile number and email address, the choices you make on the consent boxes, and basic technical data (date, time and the page you submitted from). If you arrived from an advert, the ad platform may also share campaign information.

Why I use it

To send you the document you requested, and to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the property you enquired about. If you ticked the optional box, I will also send you my monthly market insights. The legal basis is your consent. I do not sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.

Who else handles it

Service providers who help me run this process: my lead capture and email platform (ScoreApp), my CRM, and WhatsApp/Meta. Some of these store data outside the UAE; where they do, I rely on their contractual safeguards. If you go ahead with a purchase, relevant details are shared with the seller, developer and Dubai Land Department as required by law.

How long I keep it

For up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law (for example, anti-money-laundering records if a transaction takes place).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to direct marketing at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to jakenixheath@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in South Africa, the Information Regulator.
